At a time when the coronavirus pandemic has completely captured the world’s attention, there are still those who need our attention and help. First of all, these are children, who are struggling with serious illnesses.
Thus, there are young patients who need attention, communication and development in the hematology department of Sumy Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. Their treatment lasts more than one week so they are fully locked in their wards.
To help children to develop their creativity even during treatment and to help them to get positive emotions (which are undoubtedly necessary for a speedy recovery), the department for organizing the educational activity with students of Sumy NAU, with the financial support of students and academic staff, organized a campaign to support such children. The funds were used to purchase goods for development of children’s creativity. Some donations were made for hematology department of the hospital.
We hope that such small gifts will make the little ones happy and will help them to recover soon.
