BORYS AND MARIIA KISHCHUK ARE FRIENDS-PARTNERS OF SNAU

The war, difficult life circumstances, economic troubles are the problems that the majority of Ukrainian students are currently facing. It is extremely important to support young people in turbulent times, to give impetus to the further development of knowledge and skills.

The support of foreign friends-partners is urgent and very necessary.

Borys and Mariia KISHCHUK are descendants of emigrants to Canada from Western Ukraine. Their parents emphasized the importance of education and vocational training. Therefore, later Borys became a professional engineer and consultant, and Mariia – a specialist in Ukrainian culture, literature and adult education. They passed on the value of the acquired knowledge to their five children and grandchildren.

The family is aware of the challenges faced by Sumy students and their families due to the Russian-Ukrainian war. Friends-partners decided to help young people get an education and professional knowledge, to promote the development of their professional skills. Recently, Borys and Mariia, together with their daughter, provided financial support to three students of the Sumy National Agrarian University who were in difficult life circumstances.

We appreciate what foreign friends-partners are doing for our students. We are sincerely grateful for your support in a difficult time.
