IVAN VYHOVSKYI INTERNATIONAL AWARD

Yevheniia Holysheva, senior researcher of the research department, received the Ivan Vyhovskyi Award.

This is a Polish award of the Center for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw under the honorary patronage of the President of Poland. The aim of the award is to recognize the merits of citizens of Ukraine in the development of science, culture and social life, the construction of a democratic state directed to Europe, in the study of historical, modern and future work of Ukraine and Poland.

The winner in the field of the humanities receives the opportunity of a summer stay at six Polish universities. She will be able to deliver lectures on topics related to the history of Ukraine and the region, Ukrainian-Polish relations, as well as work in archives and be engaged in research activities.

An internship as part of the award for representatives of science, social, economic, technical, agricultural disciplines and the library science will allow research conducting at two Polish universities during 4 months.
