The work of civil authorities requires the development of a wide range of competencies of managers at different levels. The managers’ leadership skill is the key point in the successful personal management. Leadership is regarded as a factor of personal success.
The effective leadership in the development of the information society, emotional intelligence and psychological types of leaders became the main issues at the seminar “Leadership in Public Management. Formation of Civil Authorities Leadership Competences”. It was held for employees of the North-Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice. Doctor of Economics, Professor of Management Department, Mykhailova Lyubov Ivanivna and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of Management Department Kharchenko Tetiana Mykolaivna discussed the above-mentioned issues and other important components of leadership.
