In Ukraine we celebrate the Lawyer’s Day on October, 8. Sumy National University sincerely congratulates everybody who works in the field of justice. Many guests were invited. Among them were not only the representatives of the juridical profession, but also schoolchildren and students from vocational schools. To get to know the essence of the juridical profession schoolchildren and students were able to talk with representatives of the courts, patrol police, prosecutors, legal aid centers, customs, forensic experts, etc. SNAU Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Educational Work V. Zhmailov congratulated the attendees. He emphasized that this profession was very important in modern society. Many educators worked in Law enforcement bodies. M. Kurylo, had been working in the prosecutor’s office for 30 years, and now he delivers lectures to the future lawyers. N. Kletsova won the first award in Law department teachers’ rating. The winners of the art contest received their awards and valuable gifts.
