The creative pearl of Sumy National Agrarian University – The Model Ensemble of Modern Ballroom Dance
SWAY – once again delights us with victories in international competitions. This time the young dancers
brought trophies from the international art project European Evolution, which took place on September, 27
in Dnipro.
The ensembles from different regions of Ukraine took part in the competition and their
performances were evaluated by a star jury, which included world-famous Hryhoriy Chapkis and Amador
Lopez. SWAY's performances were highly praised:

1st place – cha-cha-cha “SWAYchiky”
1st place – waltz “My first waltz”
Juniors 2
1st place – jive “Wild games”
2nd place – samba “Light the fire”
2nd place – tango “Santa Maria”
Sway, adults
1st place – rumba “People are like the ships”
1st place – waltz “I believe”
In addition, SWAY became the winner of a special prize of the festival – the Konstantin
Chernokryliuk’s Cup.
