The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. We emphasize on following personal hygiene rules. Wash your hands more often with soap and water especially after you have been in a public place. Avoid visiting overcrowded places and contacting people who have the signs of the illness: fever, cough. Have enough sleep, spend time outdoors and drink more water.

Call your doctor to check in in the case of having the symptoms of the illness. Please, avoid self-medication. Take care of yourself and be healthy!
