Familiarization with the programs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the desired specialty, educational program, and educational degree:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s \/ Master\u2019s \/ PhD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparatory department (language study)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 2. Application<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Send scanned copies of the following documents to the International Students Department email (<a href=\"mailto:snauinterstud@gmail.com\">snauinterstud@gmail.com<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document on previous education with an appendix (certificate\/diploma)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translation of documents (in Ukrainian or English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent to the processing of personal data (form will be provided)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>Documents must be notarized<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 3. Registration in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Register in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine (<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua\/\">https:\/\/apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua\/<\/a>) to receive an invitation to study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After registration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload the required documents:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Sumy NAU as your preferred university<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the status of the application processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After confirming your application, an electronic invitation to study will be generated, valid for up to 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 4. Visa application and legalization of documents<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply to the Ukrainian embassy in your country to obtain a type D visa and legalize educational documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 5. Arrival in Ukraine \/ Remote admission<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving a visa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Come to Sumy NAU to take the entrance exams or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the entrance exams remotely (with video recording)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When crossing the state border of Ukraine for the first time and upon arrival at Sumy NAU, the foreigner submits the original documents in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of remote admission, the foreigner sends legalized or notarized copies of documents on previous education by mail to the educational institution (SNAU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 6. Enrollment<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After successfully passing the exams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An enrollment order is formed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your data is entered into the Unified State Electronic Database on Education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You receive an official certificate of study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 7. Registration of a residence permit<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The International Students Department helps you submit documents to the State Migration Service of Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You receive a temporary residence permit in Ukraine (for the period of study)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>STEP 8. Settlement and adaptation<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Settlement in a dormitory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The International Students Department helps to submit documents to the registration department of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrollment of foreign applicants for study at the expense of individuals and\/or legal entities can be carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) twice a year (until November 1) within the terms specified in the Admission Rules for obtaining bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s, and PhD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) during the year of study at the preparatory department<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STEP 1.
