Digital literacy is an integral competence of <\/span>a civil servant<\/span>, because the ability to use online tools, web services, data visualization technologies significantly affects the employee\u2019s work efficiency. Digitization is becoming an important factor in the <\/span>economic growth of any country. <\/span>C<\/span>ivil servants<\/span> <\/span>are <\/span>mastering innovations in the field of IT technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in <\/span>the <\/span>Sumy region successfully completed online training and <\/span>upgraded their skills<\/span> under the general short-term program: \u201cDigital <\/span>L<\/span>iteracy in the <\/span>P<\/span>rofessional <\/span>A<\/span>ctivity of a <\/span>C<\/span>ivil <\/span>Servant.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the <\/span>professional<\/span> le<\/span>vel of teaching of the lecturers<\/span> <\/span>Oleksandr<\/span> <\/span>Vyunenko<\/span>,<\/span> PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Cybernetics and Informatics<\/span>, and <\/span>Teti<\/span>ana<\/span> <\/span>Myronenko<\/span>,<\/span> PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Justice, the students significantly <\/span>improved<\/span> <\/span>their <\/span>knowl<\/span>edge on digital literacy issues<\/span>. Topics related to modern IT technologies, data visualization software, and, of course, the safety and ethics of civil servant behavior in social networks were acti<\/span>vely discussed during <\/span>the <\/span>training.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training took <\/span>place using the Zoom platform<\/span>. Effective communication was organized using chat in the messenger, as well as e-mail. Upon completion of training, all trainees passed <\/span>a <\/span>computer test<\/span>. Based on the results of the training, <\/span>everybody<\/span>,<\/span> who successfully passed the test<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>got<\/span> <\/span>a <\/span>certificate of advanced training.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
