The HR team of the agro-industrial holding \u201cMHP\u201d visited SNAU as a part of a pilot project to train specialists using the dual form of education. Representatives of the enterprise met with the students of different faculties: Veterinary Medicine, Biology and Technology, Engineering and Technology, Food Technologies. During the visit, Olena Azieieva, a head of the Vocational Training Department of the Personnel Development Center, and Yuliia Logvynenko, a senior Business Partner at the Agroindustrial Holding \u201cMHP\u201d, held an active meeting with students in a workshop format, initiated discussions on the competencies needed for a successful career for the next 5 years. They told in detail about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a system of a dual training on the basis of agro-industrial holding;
\ncareer development in \u201cMHP\u201d.
\nStudents also had an opportunity to meet HR-managers of \u201cMHP\u201d, who work in the regions: Kseniia Motorina \u2013 a head of Personnel Evaluation and Adaptation Department (Cherkasy region), Marina Hrygorieva \u2013 a personnel manager of the Regional Management Service (Vinnytsia region), Victoria Riznyk \u2013 a personnel manager of the Regional Service (Northeast region).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is important to note that during the meeting with the rector of the University Volodymyr Ladyka a cooperation agreement between SNAU and PJSC Myronivska Poultry Farm was signed, new directions of the strategy of mutually beneficial cooperation were outlined, and a number of agreements were reached.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
