On 31 March 2025, a scheduled meeting of the Academic Council of Sumy National Agrarian University
was held, during which the following agenda items were considered:

At the beginning of the meeting, Ihor KOVALENKO, Rector of SNAU, presented a certificate to Svitlana YAROSHCHUK, Associate Professor of the Plant Growing Department, noting her significant contribution to the development of agricultural science and education. A ceremony was also held to award certificates to students who successfully completed an international virtual semester at the Weihenstephan-Trisdorf University of Applied Sciences. The programme was attended by 27 SNAU students, which is evidence of the active international integration of our university.
The Rector of SNAU presented the updated organisational and management structure of the university, which was adapted in accordance with the new requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and taking into account personnel changes.
Deans Olha BAKUMENKO and Oleksandr SOLARIOV presented reports on the activities of their faculties. In their reports, they highlighted the issues of research, participation in international projects and grants, the level of student achievement, and further plans for the development of the faculties.
As part of the discussion of various issues, the members of the Academic Council considered aspects of the organisation of the educational process, research and adopted a new version of the Regulations on the student dormitory of Sumy National Agrarian University.
The staff of Sumy NAU is actively working on the development of the university and improving the existing conditions, despite the difficulties of the present time. We thank everyone involved for the fruitful and effective cooperation!
