The Center for the Digitalization of the Educational Process (hereinafter referred to as the Center) at Sumy National Agrarian University plays a key role in the implementation of modern digital technologies in the educational process and administrative management of the university.

Implementation of Digital Technologies in the Educational Process – Organization, coordination, and implementation of digitalization initiatives in accordance with modern technologies and Ukrainian legislation. – Use and administration of digital learning platforms: Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Grammarly, e-SNAU, SNAU portal, and others. – Application of artificial intelligence and analytics technologies to optimize the educational process. – Utilization of digital technologies to improve the quality of content and adapt it to modern digital platforms.
Information Security and Electronic Document Management – Monitoring compliance with information security standards and the protection of personal data of students, faculty, and staff. – Implementation and development of electronic document management systems. – Organization of digital literacy initiatives for faculty, students, and university administration. – Development of recommendations and reports on the development of the university’s digital services.
Partnerships and Innovation Implementation – Cooperation with government agencies, educational institutions, and IT companies to integrate the latest digital solutions. – Analysis of the information technology market and implementation of new technologies in the field of distance and electronic education. – Development and implementation of professional development programs in the field of digital technologies.
Technical Support for the Digital Environment – Setup, support, and optimization of the university’s information and communication technologies. – Providing high-quality technical support for users.
