On the 17th of May, 2022, the All-Ukrainian Round Table “Legal Science and Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine” was held on the basis of the Faculty of Law of Sumy National Agrarian University.
The event was attended by 30 participants representing the University of Craiova (Romania), the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) Sumy National Agrarian University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics, National University of Bioresources of Ukraine, Environment and Nature Social Relations and Tourism, State Enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property”.
The participants of the round table discussed the development of legal science in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on the threats and prospects of sustainable development in Ukraine and the world in the context of a full-scale war between Russia and our country.
It was emphasized that the reconstruction of Ukraine is a full-fledged development and integration into the European Community on the basis of sustainable development, taking into account the European Green Course, which is the key to meeting the Copenhagen criteria for accession to the EU. Creating a sustainable future for future generations through a balance between the interests of the public, business and the environment.
