COMPETITION “YOUTH ELITE”

Every year the city competition “Youth Elite” is held with the assistance of the Sumy City Council and the Youth Centre “Romantyka”.

In 2022, 16 participants competed in 7 nominations.

Students of the Sumy National Agrarian University also received awards.

In the “Entrepreneurial Activity” nomination, Yaroslav Nahornyi was awarded for hard, conscientious work, a significant personal contribution to the development of entrepreneurship, an active attitude in life, assistance to vulnerable and the elderly people.

Yevheniia ZINCHENKO was awarded in the nomination “Development of youth policy” for her active civic stance and significant contribution to the development of the city’s youth policy and student self-government.

In addition, gratitude from the deputy mayor was received by:

  • Anastasiia Honchar – head of the group of the Exemplary Ensemble of Modern Dance “SHARM” of SNAU (nomination “Cultural and artistic activity”);
  • Anton Polyvanyi – deputy student’s dean for educational and scientific activities of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (nomination “Scientific activity”);
  • Svitlana Yаroshchuk – head of the postgraduate department (nomination “Volunteer activity”).
