Today, the 16th of February, Ukrainians celebrate the Day of Unity of the Ukrainian People. The holiday was founded in 2022 due to the spread of tension due to russian aggression.
Although Unity Day is a fairly young holiday without established traditions, it has become very important and symbolic in the life of our people. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian army on the territory of Ukraine, we understood that together we can withstand any calamity and evil.
As last year (see link https://snau.edu.ua/fleshmob-do-dnya-yednannya-vlashtuvali-u-snau/), students of the Sumy National Agrarian University, led by the Heads of creative teams, held a patriotic flash mob. The staging of the spectacle was initiated by the department for the organization of educational work with SNAU students.
Svitlana Zinchenko, Head of the Department for Organizing Educational Work with Students of SNAU, comments: “We are sure that such events improve the mood and fighting spirit of students, show that we are strong and united by common history, traditions and faith in victory and a peaceful and successful future”.
