THE MOST TALENTED OF THE MOST NATIONAL. OUR MARCH VICTORIES

The youth of Sumy National Agrarian University is constantly moving forward, developing, improving themselves, despite the difficult situation in the country. Every day of March was fruitful and brought results.

Scientific victories:

The team project of the winners of the All-Ukrainian competition of inventive and rationalizing projects in the ecological and naturalistic direction (for the age category from 16 to 23 years inclusive) in the category “Environmentally Safe Technologies and Applied Ecology” was awarded the II degree diplomas of the National Ecological and Naturalistic Centre for Student Youth of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The authors of the project are SNAU students: Anna Yurkova, Yelyzaveta Oksenenko, Oksana Petlenko, Yelyzaveta Serdiuk. The title of the work was “Study of The Phytodiversity of Meadow Communities of Floodplains of Small Rivers in The Northeast of Ukraine for The Purpose of Their Protection and Rational Use”, the category was “Environmentally Safe Technologies and Applied Ecology”.

Creative victories:

The exemplary ensemble of contemporary ballroom dance “SWAY” of Sumy National University won the grand prize at the “Home for the Soul” international talent competition in the “Ballroom dance” category.  Yurii Serheev, the Artistic Director, was thanked for the professional preparation of the participants, fruitful creative cooperation and development of culture.

 

Sports victories:

Denys Zhyher, a student of the specialty “Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics” of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, took the 2nd place in the championship competition of the Ukrainian State University of Applied Sciences “Ukraine” named after O. Kulyk from general physical training among juniors, born in 2004-2005.

In addition, a table tennis competition was held at the SNAU base.

Girls’ results:

The 1st place – Maria Lukava (Faculty of Law);

The 2nd place – Khrystyna Volkova (Faculty of Law);

The 3rd place – Anhelina Stetsenko (Economics and Management).

Boys’ Results:

The 1st place – Roman Holikov (Faculty of Engineering and Technology);

The 2nd place – Andrii Omelchenko (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine);

The 3rd place – Artem Sivko (Faculty of Engineering and Technology).

We are sure that the students of SNAU are the most talented and purposeful.
