CHEESE TASTING AT SNAU

A group of scientists from the Sumy National Agrarian University and a representative of the Institute of Agriculture of the Northeast took part in the tasting of Dutch-type cheeses.

The event took place on April 19 at our higher education institution.

In general, the scientific part of the creation of these cheeses belongs to the Sumy National University and the Institute of Agriculture of the Northeast.

Sumy NAU was represented by two faculties: the Faculty of Food Technologies (N. BOLHOVA and M. SAMILYK) and the Faculty of Biology and Technology (Ye. SAMOKHINA and T. KUCHKOVA).

From the Institute of Agriculture of the North East, the event was attended by Yu. Sklyarenko, head of the laboratory of animal husbandry and fodder production.

The results are processed by the organizers of the tasting.
