SNAU is a place where science, practice and the incredible energy of motivated student assets combine.
This time, young people focused on solving environmental issues. Students became participants in the city environmental action “Clean is also a victory”. Applicants for higher education of Sumy institutions cleaned up the left bank of the Sumka River.
The cleaning lasted for an hour and together the young people managed to collect as many as 80 bags of household waste.
We remind you that at SNAU, the problems of territory clogging of, garbage processing, damage to nature were repeatedly discussed. For example, in November 2022, “Rethink Waste Week” was held (results and video at the link https://snau.edu.ua/u-snau-zavershivsya-proyekt-rethink-waste-week/), in 2021 it began its implementation Hackathon project (https://snau.edu.ua/pershij-v-ukra%d1%97ni-plastickchallengehackathon2021-vidbudetsya-u-snau-ta-zaproshuye-do-uchasti/). Every spring, students participate in city and university tolokas (https://snau.edu.ua/studenti-snau-doluchilisya-do-vsesvitnogo-dnya-pribirannya/).
