Recently, the book collection of the research library of the Sumy National Agrarian University was replenished with the new edition “Feeding Signals: A Practical Guide to Healthy Feeding of Dairy Animals” by the Dutch authors Jan Gulsen and Dries Arden.
The book was donated to the library of our university by Myron Pundor, a veterinarian by education, consultant-researcher of the dairy centre IFCN (Kiel, Germany), feeding specialist. The scientist has repeatedly been a speaker at seminars and meetings initiated by the Sumy National Agrarian University,
The material contained in the publication is of particular value to students of the Faculty of Biology and Technology and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine due to its specificity.
“The modern world is changing rapidly, but the book, as before, remains one of the most desirable gifts”, the librarians are convinced.
The teachers of the Faculty of Biology and Technology agree with them. It is emphasized that the publication contains not only theoretical information, but also practical advice that has already been tested in production. And this ensures high-quality training of highly qualified specialists.
