At the Sumy National Agrarian University, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Agricultural Advisory Activities”, Regulations on Qualification Certificates of Agricultural Advisors and Agricultural Expert Advisors, Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine dated February 14, 2023 No. 191 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and of Food of Ukraine dated November 22, 2021 No. 374”, the Sumy Qualification Commission conducted a qualification exam to check the level of knowledge and practical skills of agricultural advisers to obtain relevant qualification certificates.
The commission included: O.M. MASLAK, K.H. AGADZHANOV-GONZALEZ, N.V. BOLHOVA, A.V. MARAKHOVSKYI, L.V. PRYDATKO, and M.G. SOBKO, who were approved by the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy dated 11.06. 2024 Nº 1785 “On making changes to the composition of regional qualification commissions and the List of regional coordinators”
20 people took the exam on various issues: veterinary medicine, animal health and welfare; development of rural areas and agricultural market, management and agribusiness; business planning in agricultural production; accounting, tax legislation; entrepreneurial activity, economics, business planning, economics of local development, budgeting, formation of spending mechanisms; agronomy, agricultural marketing; precision and digital agriculture; land use; agricultural engineering; organic production; environmental protection; legal consulting; fundraising and public procurement; general and personnel administration, military accounting, agricultural sciences and food.
The qualification commission noted the high level of knowledge and practical training of the exam participants. Based on the results of the exam, qualification certificates of agricultural advisors will be issued and entered into the Register of Advisors of Ukraine.
