Sumy National Agrarian University has once again entered the Top 200 Ukraine 2025 ranking, significantly raising its position compared to last year. This year, the institution took 40th place, rising 32 steps up.
The Centre for International Projects ‘Euroeducation’, in partnership with the international group of experts IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence, is conducting the nineteenth assessment of higher education institutions based on various systems and assessments by other institutions.
This year, the focus is on the impact of artificial intelligence on teaching, research, innovation, social impact, and university assessment.
The two main rankings used to evaluate universities in terms of artificial intelligence impact are THE University Impact Rankings 2025 and SCImago Institutions Rankings. In addition to them, we also took into account: QS World University Rankings, Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Scopus, and QS WUR Sustainability.
In the era of change and the spread of modern technologies, it is extremely important to maintain and improve the quality of the institution. For Sumy National Agrarian University, the step from 72nd to 40th place in a year is a significant achievement that demonstrates to the world our perseverance and desire to become better, and most importantly, the effectiveness of these desires.
We would like to thank the staff of Sumy NAU: teachers, students and employees, because everyone’s contribution is important. We are proud of our achievement and will continue to work!
