Prize-winning places of SNAU students in the All-Ukrainian Architectural Drawing Competition KAR 2025 in Poltava

Students of the Specialization “Architecture and Urban Planning” of the Faculty of Construction and Transport of Sumy National Agrarian University took an active part and took prize-winning places in the All-Ukrainian Architectural Drawing Competition KAR 2025, which was held within the framework of the IX All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Students, Young Scientists and Scientific and Pedagogical Workers “ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING IN THE CONTEXT OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION” at the National University “Yuriy Kondartyuk Poltava Polytechnic” in Poltava.

The architectural competition covered a wide range of different areas of creativity. In particular, representatives of Sumy NAU participated in the plein air “City Lines 2025”, in which four students were awarded first degree diplomas. Among them:

  • Vasylisa Berestneva, 1st year student, with the work “Guardians of Old Bremen” in the nomination “Drawing/Study from Life”, supervisor: Cherednichenko O.M.;
  • Kateryna Biziukova, 3rd year student, with the work “Historical Monument of the City of Putyvl Before Decline” in the nomination “Drawing/Study from Life”, supervisor: Cherednichenko O.M.;
  • Anna Kanivets, 2nd year student, with the work “Under the Dome of the Sky” in the nomination “Architectural Fantasy”, supervisor: Cherednichenko O.M.;
  • Daria Strokach, 3rd year student, with the work “Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary” in the nomination “Architectural Fantasy”, supervisor: Borodai Ya.O.

The 3rd year student Alina Onda, scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Architecture and Engineering Surveys: Serhii Borodai, Oleksandr Cherednichenko and Yana Borodai also participated in the competition.
