The “Voices of the Future” project, aimed at studying the attitudes, needs, and values of modern Ukrainian youth, is being implemented by the Committee on Youth and Sports of the Youth Council under the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in partnership with the Cossack Guard of Ukraine NGO and the Society Development Academy, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Youth and Sports, and a number of partner organizations.
The aim of the project is to identify the needs, fears, and aspirations of Ukrainian youth, as well as to study their readiness to actively participate in public life, volunteering, state-building processes, and the development of youth policy. The initiative also involves gathering the opinions of young people through online surveys and open dialogues in the format of nationwide online sessions.
The organizers included representatives of the Committee on Youth and Sports of the Youth Council under the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: Oleksandr Chernysh — Chairman of the Committee, author of the project, and Supreme Ataman of the NGO “Cossack Guard of Ukraine”; Bohdana Bukovey — Deputy Chair of the Committee; Iryna Nehriy — Member of the Committee; Andriy Sherepa — Expert of the Committee.
