Published: December 16, 2025

PhD candidate in Veterinary Medicine at Sumy National Agrarian University took part in the 30th Jubilee International Veterinary Congress, one of the most prestigious international scientific and practical events in the field of veterinary medicine, bringing together leading scientists, practitioners, and experts from around the world.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of SNAU is consistently establishing its position as a powerful educational and scientific center that combines fundamental science with practice-oriented research and actively involves third-level higher education seekers in international scientific activities. This was once again confirmed by the presentation of student Illia Voitovskyi, who represented the university in the section “Orthopedic and Abdominal Surgery.”

In his report, he presented the results of current scientific research aimed at improving modern surgical methods in veterinary medicine. The presented findings aroused considerable interest among the professional community and became the basis for professional discussion of current issues in the field.

“Participation in the International Veterinary Congress was an important step in my scientific and professional development. The opportunity to present the results of my own research at the international level and exchange experiences with leading experts is extremely valuable. I am sincerely grateful to Sumy National Agrarian University for its support and promotion of young scientists,” said PhD candidate Ilia Voitovskiy.

The participation of a student from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the SNAU in an international scientific event of this level once again demonstrates the high scientific potential of the faculty, its active international cooperation, and its significant contribution to the development of modern veterinary science.
