Almost half a century of history of Sumy National Agrarian University is a history of people, their ideas, decisions, and victories. And a significant part of this history was created by women.
Today, the women of SNAU are scientists, department heads, teachers, researchers, project managers, and mentors to thousands of students. Their research is recognized at the national and international levels, their projects win grant programs, and their ideas shape the modern academic space of the university.
Women at SNAU head departments and research teams, develop international cooperation, and
introduce innovations in education and science. They are behind dozens of educational and research
initiatives, and are authors of scientific publications, monographs, and technological developments that
influence the development of agricultural science and production.
But the university is not just about science. Women at SNAU shape its social environment: they organize cultural events, develop student initiatives, and actively participate in public life, volunteering, and international programs.
They are united by different professions, different stories, and different paths. But they share traits that are essential for the development of the university: intelligence, quick-wittedness, courage, responsibility, and inner strength.
In this text, every woman at SNAU can recognize a part of her own story — in a scientific article, in a winning project, in a lecture, in supporting students, or in an idea that became a new step for the university.
SNAU is proud of you. Your achievements. Your professionalism. Your dedication. And most importantly, the fact that it is thanks to you that the university becomes stronger every day.
