From March 24 to 27, 2026, a delegation of faculty members from SNAU participated in the fourth module of the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers, dedicated to the topic “Finance, Projects, and Resources.” The training took place in Kyiv at the Civic Center of Mariupol State University.
The program is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the British Council, and the World Bank, and is aimed at developing managerial competencies in the field of higher education.
SNAU was represented at the event by:
Over the course of four days, participants explored key areas of modern university development: project and grant management; the commercialization of research and the development of partnerships with the business sector; financial management, financial digitization, and risk management; and the development of teamwork and strategic networking.
Participation in a program of this caliber is a crucial step toward implementing modern international management practices at the university. The competencies gained will help improve the effectiveness of work on international projects, strengthen the institution’s financial stability, and expand opportunities for researchers and students.
Participants highlight the practical value of the training and their readiness to apply the acquired experience to the university’s operations.
