The ability to work in a team, communicate and interact with colleagues is a necessary skill of a highly qualified specialist for effective and productive professional activity. Synergy with the team is a well – established mechanism where everyone knows his abilities, understands tasks and works on their implementation in harmony with others.
On May 31, a training seminar on the advanced training program “Teamwork, Communication and Interaction” was held at Sumy Nau. This time the training brought together more than 30 civil servants of Northern Interregional Main Directorate of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection at the State Border, as well as the representatives of the Department of the State Agency for Land Reclamation and Fisheries in Sumy region.
Intensive training lasted 4 days. Students deepened their knowledge of effective team building, improved their communicative competencies, determined their own level of teamwork abilities, identified the personal level of personal conflict and learned effective tools for preventing and localizing conflicts in the team.
Lectures, practical approaches, tasks, thematic discussion questions and answers – these are the words that can describe the learning atmosphere that prevailed during the seminar. Separately, it is worth noting the activity of students during classes, their interest and productive work during the training.
