ALL-UKRAINIAN LIBRARIES DAY IS CELEBRATED IN SNAU

Library Day is traditionally celebrated in Ukraine on the 30th of September.

The library is a temple of inexhaustible knowledge and wisdom. A place where everyone can find solace and mental rest. In our new military realities, it has also become a public headquarters, a volunteer centre, a shelter for many Ukrainians.

The Rector Volodymyr Ladyka and the Vice-Rector for Research Work Yurii Danko from the entire staff of the Sumy National Agrarian University congratulated the librarians working at the institution with a professional holiday, presented books, and gave thanks.

Student activity of SNAU held the campaign “Donate a Book to the Library” for the Day of Libraries, as part of which more than 15 books were collected and handed over to it.

In addition, the institution’s Trade Union committee gave sweet gifts to our librarians.

We congratulate all librarians on the All-Ukrainian Library Day. Let your educational work bring knowledge, wisdom and satisfaction to society. We wish you creative inspiration and professional success.
