Persons who wish to participate in the competition submit an application, to which they attach: a copy of the passport and a copy of the work record book, certified in accordance with the established procedure; personnel record sheet, filled out by hand; documents about: complete higher education (higher education of the second (master’s) level) according to the profile of the department, scientific degree, academic title according to the profile of the department and other documents testifying to the professional qualities of the applicant; a document on professional development for the past five years; a list of scientific papers signed by the applicant; a certificate from a medical institution about a previous psychiatric examination; a document confirming fluency in the Ukrainian language.
In addition, men aged 18 to 60 provide a military registration document with a mark of the territorial recruitment and social support center (until 2021 – a mark of the military commissariat) on military registration.

Note: The level of mastery of the state language by pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and scientific workers is certified by a document on complete general secondary education, provided that such a document confirms the person’s study of the Ukrainian language as an educational subject (discipline), or a state certificate on the level of mastery of the state language, which issued by the National Commission for State Language Standards in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as a State Language”.
Medical certificate form for passing a preliminary psychiatric examination is approved by Order No. 651 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated April 18, 2022.
The deadline for submitting documents for the competition is one month from the date of publication on the SNAU website (until July 5, 2023).
