FESTIVE NEW YEAR ACADEMIC COUNCIL OF SNAU

Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year, the Academic Council of the Sumy National Agrarian University held a festive final meeting.

The agenda:

  1. On t the results of the work in 2022 and the prospects for the development of the Faculty of Law (Reporter: Dean of the Faculty of Law O. Rohovenko).
  2. On the work results of the secluded structural departments of Sumy NAU in the 2022-2023 academic year (Reporter: Director of Hlukhiv Agricultural Institute of Sumy NAU A. Lytvynenko).
  3. Miscellaneous (Reporters Vice-Rector for Research Work Yu. Danko, and Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational Work I. Kovalenko):

– On the formation of one-time specialized councils;

– On recognition of certificates and enrollment of international internships;

– On referral to internship;

– On the recommendation for printing;

– On the approval of the decision of the Commission of Sumy NAU on issues of attestation of scientific workers of the University dated December 22, 2022 on the accordance of scientific workers for the held position;

– On consideration and approval of principles;

– On the approval of project groups of educational programs;

– On the approval of expert councils of employers;

– On making changes to the Program “Veterinary Medicine” and “Veterinary Hygiene, Sanitation and Expertise” of the second (master’s) level of higher education for the recruitment of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021;

– On the appointment of a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding merits in the field of higher education to V. Tarelnyk, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Technical Services.

The members of the Academic Council discussed the agenda, made relevant decisions, summed up the results of work in the 2022 calendar year, outlined prospects for the next year.

In addition, after the official part of the Academic Council, the Rector of Sumy NAU V. LADYKA awarded the employees of our higher education institution: O. Rybina, A. Brychko, I. Neukisova, L. Petrova, M. Lyshenko, O. Pasko, S. Zinchenko.

The “Person of the Year 2022″ honors were awarded to:

– D. Ovsyanko, (Deputy Director for Educational Work of Hlukhiv Agricultural Institute of Sumy NAU);

– O. Rohovenko (Director of College of Sumy NAU”);

– V. Serhienko (Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Committee);

– S. Skrypka (Head of the Construction and Technical Supervision Department);

– V. Sokolenko (Leading Specialist in Career Guidance);

– M. Sokolov (Rector’s Adviser on International Activities);

– S.Yaroschuk (Head of the Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Department).

At the end of the Academic Council, the creative teams of the Sumy National Agrarian University (folk dance ensemble “VESNA”, ensemble of modern ballroom dance “SWAY”, vocalists L. Babich, V. Shapoval, K. Ostra) gave a festive concert.
