“To be honest, I didn’t think I would be the first to arrive with a favourite among women. Kitty helped me in every way she could. She meowed words of encouragement,” Valeria shared her impressions.
The number of competitors from different regions of Ukraine reached seventy in total: there were representatives from Sumy, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Lviv and other cities.
The Kyiv Open Race 2025 is a charity event organized by the Ukrainian Federation of SUP & Surfing (UFSS), Gurkit Charity Foundation and Rapid SUP. Each registration fee paid for participation in the competition was used to purchase fiber-optic FPV drones for the Bulava battalion of the 72nd Brigade, which is performing combat missions in the Pokrovsk sector.
For the Sumy team, the victory in the debut competition of the season is a great pride, so we sincerely congratulate Valeria and the whole team on their achievements and wish them to represent the region no less successfully in the future!
