HRYHORII MYKHAILOVYCH HOLOVKO – A GREAT MAN, WHO HEADED THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS FOR 20 YEARS, CELEBRATES HIS 85TH BIRTHDAY.

Hryhorii Mykhailovych Holovko  was born on June 04, 1938 in Batsmany village, Romny district, Sumy region, in a family of farmers.

In 2004 he was awarded the honorary title “Honored Teacher of SNAU”.

Hryhorii Mikhailovych always supported his faculty and did everything possible for its development. Working as a Dean of the Department, the Faculty of Economics became a powerful structural unit of SNAU, training highly qualified specialists for agro-industrial complex and other sectors of economy.

In addition, Hryhorii Mikhailovych perfectly carried out organizational, industrial, scientific and pedagogical work. He published more than 70 scientific works and teaching aids.
