The official closing of the international HSWT Virtual Semester 2025, organized by WeihenstephanTriesdorf University of Applied Sciences in Germany, has taken place. A total of 184 students from 27 countries around the world participated in the program. They were officially enrolled at the German university and had the opportunity to choose academic subjects from a wide international catalogue of courses.
Within the semester program, students were offered 27 HSWT courses taught in English, Ukrainian, French, and Spanish. In addition, participants gained access to 18 online courses provided by the Virtual University of Bavaria, which significantly expanded opportunities for academic learning and intercultural interaction.
This year, 29 students from Sumy National Agrarian University successfully passed their final examinations and completed the program. The experience they gained will allow them to enrich their academic portfolios with learning outcomes from a German university and acquire new competencies within an international educational environment.
Sumy National Agrarian University and WeihenstephanTriesdorf University of Applied Sciences have long been strategic partners. The university regularly participates in international educational initiatives and partnership programs of the German institution, including online semester programs that provide students with opportunities to gain international academic experience while studying at SNAU.
The participation of the university’s students in the international virtual semester once again confirms the active integration of Sumy National Agrarian University into the global educational space and demonstrates the high level of motivation among its students for international academic cooperation.
