On February 10, 2023, the first meeting of the Council of Rectors of higher educational institutions of the Sumy region was held in a mixed format.
This time the council members considered the issue of awarding personalized scholarships to students of higher educational institutions of Sumy region for the 2nd semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
Alina HOCH (Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Natural ResourceManagement), Anastasiia FILONENKO (Faculty ofAgrotechnologies and Natural Resource Management), IrynaSHVETS (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) are candidates from Sumy National Agrarian University for the appointment of scholarships of the President of Ukraine.
The scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is awarded to Bohdan NATALYCH (Faculty of Engineering and Technology).
Hrushevsky’s academic scholarship is now awarded to DarynaSTOROZHETS (Faculty of Biology and Technology).
All fellows have excellent academic performance. They are active participants in university student life and conduct research work.
In addition, Head of the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy Regional State Administration Viktoriia HROBOVA reported on the current situation in the field of Education, plans of the authorities for the current 2nd semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. She noted about financial support for children and teachers, focused on improvement of the material and technical base, creating hubs for classes with gifted and talented children.
