Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
He graduated from Sumy Pedagogical University with a degree in History and Law (2000) and Sumy National Agrarian University with a degree in Organization Management (2002). He received his law degree from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences (2011). He defended his PhD (2012) and doctoral dissertation (2024) in law.
He has been working at Sumy National Agrarian University since 2001, since 2018 – Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Information Law, since 2021 – Dean of the Law Faculty. He has experience as an insolvency receiver since 2006. He has participated in international training programs, including training supported by the US Embassy and the International Historical Biographical Institute.

Work experience
From 2000 to 2001 I worked as a teacher of history and psychology at the technical school of the SNAU.
Since 2001 I have been working at Sumy National Agrarian University. 01.02.2018 to the present – Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Information Law.
From 2021 to the present – Dean of the Law Faculty of SNAU.
Since 2006 – insolvency receiver.
