Sumy National Agrarian University sincerely congratulates Olha Vasylivna Trofimtseva, a member of the Supervisory Board of SNAU, on heading the international project German-Ukrainian Agropolitical Dialogue (APD Ukraine).
On January 17, 2026, during the Global Forum on Food and Agriculture (GFFA 2026), the Agreement on the implementation of a new stage of the APD Ukraine project was officially signed. The document was signed by the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity of Germany, Alois Reiner, and the Minister of Economics, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, Oleksii Soboliev. This event became an important signal for further deepening Ukrainian-German cooperation in the field of agricultural policy.
Olha Vasylivna Trofimtseva heads the APD Ukraine project, which focuses on supporting Ukraine’s approximation to the European Union’s policy in the field of agricultural policy, rural development, and strengthening bilateral economic cooperation in the agricultural and food sectors.
The new stage of the project will be implemented by the consortium of Berlin Economics and DLG Markets GmbH, which combines strong expertise in agricultural policy, economic cooperation, and European integration processes.
The staff of Sumy National Agrarian University wishes Olha Vasylivna fruitful work, new professional achievements, and successful implementation of the international project for the benefit of the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector and its European future.
