On October 19, the international educational exhibition Begin Edu Fair was held in Baku (Azerbaijan), bringing together more than 2,000 participants — representatives of leading universities, educational agencies, schoolchildren and their families.
Ukrainian higher education was represented at the event, coordinated by the Ukrainian State Center for International Education. Sumy National Agrarian University was the only university representing Ukraine at the exhibition.
The university was represented by Professor Yurii Danko, Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Activities, and Kateryna Dudnyk, Head of the International Students Department. The university representatives presented up-to-date educational programs, shared experience in international cooperation, and discussed potential areas of partnership with Azerbaijan higher education institutions.
The exhibition was held in an offline format, which made it possible to communicate directly with applicants, their families, and educational consultants. Visitors showed great interest in studying in Ukraine and actively asked about admission requirements, educational programs, accommodation options and student life.
Currently, more than 4,000 students from Azerbaijan are studying in Ukraine, which demonstrates the stability and prospects of cooperation between our countries in the field of education.
