The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of scientific and technical (experimental) developments as part of the implementation of the state order for the most important scientific and technical (experimental) developments, scientific and technical products in 2022. The document envisages implementation of scientific and technical developments, the total funding amount of which in 2022 is 35,055.6 UAH.
Scientific and technical (experimental) developments are aimed at obtaining a scientific and technical (applied) result, which can be practically used for the development of economy, society, for strengthening of national security, based on the use of scientific and technical achievements, in particular, with the help of development of dual-purpose technologies.
Among the funded projects are the scientific works of researchers of the Faculty of Biology and Technology, headed by MarynaSamilyk, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences. The project is “Development of Technology of Complex Processing of Vegetable Raw Materials into Food Products”. The project envisages the development of ecophilic technologies for the processing of local plant raw materials, the preparation of technical documentation for the creation of healthy food products, the construction of optimal models of interaction between the producer of raw materials and the processing enterprise. Food supplements and dried vegetable semi-finished products will be used for the needs of not only the civilian population, but also the military men of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
