THE CONFERENCE OF THE LABOUR COLLECTIVE

On January 12, 2023, the Conference of the institution’s Labour Collective was held on the basis of Sumy National Agrarian University.

240 people were elected as delegates of the conference.

First, the delegates unanimously elected the members of the labour collective for the period 2023-2026. Mandate Commission: Svitlana Spaskykh, Alla Svyryd, Maryna Mikulina. Counting Committee: Anatolii Rozumenko, Nataliia Mazina, Ihor Masyk. Editorial Board: Nataliia Vorfolomeieva, Iryna Toderiuk, Marharyta Lyshenko.

The next stage of the conference was the selection of members of the presidium. All delegates agreed with the candidacies of Volodymyr LADYKA, Nataliia KOLODNENKO, Maryna KUZNITSOVA.

The following issues are on the agenda:

  1. Report of the Rector of Sumy National Agrarian University on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2022. A speaker: Rector, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Volodymyr Ladyka.
  2. Report of the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Lecturers and Employees of Sumy NAU on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2022. A speaker: Nataliia Kolodnenko.
  3. On approval of the SNAU Collective Agreement for 2023-2026. A speaker: S. Spaskykh.

The conference members listened to the speakers and made appropriate decisions.

At the end of the conference Volodymyr LADYKA, Rector, Academician of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, thanked the employees for their steadfast spirit, sense of patriotism, responsible attitude to official duties and initiative in solving difficult tasks, a significant contribution to functioning of the university during the martial law. 24 people were awarded.
