Effective management and motivation of personnel is the basis of sustainable development of the university. It is engaged, proactive and inspired employees who are able to ensure qualitative changes, strategic growth and achievement of the goals of the higher education institution. Therefore, the Sumy National Agrarian University team enthusiastically completed the third module of the Academic Managers Professional Development Program.
Within the framework of the “Personnel Management” module, the Program participants deepened their knowledge on the development of human resources, team building, motivational management, leadership and organizational culture, which are extremely important for modern managers and team managers, including the administration of higher education institutions.
Traditionally, Sumy NAU was represented by a team consisting of: Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Educational Work Marharyta Lyshenko, Dean of the Faculty of Construction and Transport Oleksandr Solarov, Dean of the Faculty of Agrotechnology and Environmental Management Olha Bakumenko, Head of the Academic Department Nataliia Kolodnenko, Head of the Department of Education Quality, Licensing and Accreditation Olena Rybina and Head of the Department of International Relations Nataliia Volchenko.
The Academic Managers Professional Development Program is implemented by the British Council in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine within the framework of a joint project with the World Bank – “Improving Higher Education in Ukraine for Results”.
