The Department of Education Quality, Licensing and Accreditation is a structural unit of Sumy National Agrarian University, responsible for implementing the university’s policy in the field of higher education quality, as well as supporting licensing and accreditation procedures of academic programs.
The department’s key tasks include monitoring the quality of the educational process, analyzing internal evaluation results, and preparing reports and recommendations for improving the quality assurance system.
The department provides organizational support for the licensing of new specialties and programs, as well as accreditation of existing ones, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
The department’s specialists collaborate with departments and faculties to develop and update academic programs, taking into account modern standards and stakeholder expectations.
Special attention is paid to the implementation of the internal quality assurance system, in accordance with the European ESG principles (Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area).
The department actively participates in preparing the university for external audits and inspections, as well as raising awareness of quality culture within the academic community.
