Participating in the academic mobility program at the University of Nancy was an incredibly valuable professional and personal experience for me. What impressed me most was the opportunity to work in a modern soil laboratory, where we studied the physical and chemical properties of soils and learned about modern methods for their analysis and assessment. This hands-on work allowed me to better understand the importance of laboratory research for the rational use of land resources, the development of sustainable agriculture, and the preservation of soil fertility.
In addition to professional knowledge, studying in an international environment helped me improve my teamwork skills, communication in English, and collaboration with students and faculty from different countries. It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about European approaches to scientific research, and broaden my worldview.
The most valuable insight for me was realizing that modern agricultural science is based on rigorous research, innovative technologies, and international collaboration. It is precisely this knowledge and these practical skills that form an important foundation for my future professional development.
I would advise future participants in academic mobility programs not to be afraid of new challenges, to actively participate in all practical sessions, to ask questions, and to take advantage of every opportunity to learn. Such an experience not only deepens professional knowledge but also helps one become more confident, independent, and open to new opportunities.
