Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provides general management of the Center’s activities and monitors the performance of employees’ official duties.
Monitors compliance with current legislation on the stay of foreign citizens in Ukraine.
Organizes and monitors the timely completion of nostrification and legalizing educational documents by international students.
Supports cooperation with intermediary companies that recruit foreign citizens to study at the university.
Initiates marketing research to attract foreign citizens to study and expand the university’s international presence.
Interacts with embassies of foreign countries, foreign diplomatic and educational institutions, and specialized structures of the
Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Center for International Education.
Coordinates the process of selecting foreign citizens for study at the university.
Maintains contact with university foreign graduates.
Controls the maintenance, registration, and storage of personal files of preparatory department students and international students’ study forms.
