Remote Admission

The rules for the admission of foreigners and stateless persons to Ukrainian universities are significantly different from previous years: the admission of foreigners to study can be carried out face-to-face or remotely – with the participation of partner companies of Sumy National Agrarian University for remote recruitment of foreign students.

Below is a refuted scheme of the algorithm of actions for the remote admission of foreign citizens to SNAU.

STEP 1. Familiarization with the programs

Choose the desired specialty, educational program, and educational degree.

STEP 2. Application

Send scanned copies of the following documents to the center’s email (snauinterstud@gmail.com):

  • Passport
  • Document on previous education with an appendix, certificate/diploma)
  • Translation of documents (in Ukrainian or English)
  • Consent to the processing of personal data (form will be provided)
    Note: Documents must be notarized

STEP 3. Registration in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine (UIS)

Register in UIS (https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/) to receive an invitation to study.

After registration:

  • Upload the required documents
  • Select Sumy National Agrarian University as your preferred university
  • Track the status of your application
  • After confirming your application, an electronic invitation to study will be generated, valid for up to 6 months.

STEP 4. Distance admission

  • Take the entrance exams remotely (with a video recording)
  • Send legalized or notarized copies of documents about previous education and passport by mail to the university address (Sumy National Agrarian University, Gerasym Kondratiev Street, 160, Sumy, Sumy region, 40000).

STEP 5. Enrollment

After successfully passing the exams:

Sign a contract to study at the university
