Main tasks and responsibilities:
Provides organizational support for foreign students staying and studying at Sumy National Agrarian University.
Responsible for the timely entry of information into the Unified Interdepartmental Information System on the recruitment of foreign applicants to higher education institutions
Prepares letters to the State Center for the Study of Foreign Students of Ukraine to organize a meeting of foreign applicants at international checkpoints and monitors their arrival at the university.
Organizes the registration of foreign students with the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
Ensures timely informing the migration service (within ten days) about expulsion, transfer of students, changes in documents, or place of residence.
Provides information on the contingent of international students at the request of the Migration Service Department within the established deadlines.
Monitors compliance by foreign students and trainees with the passport and visa regime rules.
Prepares documents for registration or deregistration of the place of residence of foreign citizens who are studying or have terminated the grounds for stay in Ukraine.
Prepares certificates, cover letters, and other documents for international students on behalf of the management.
