Ukraine is actively implementing the principles of open science, which is reflected in a number of regulations:

The purpose of the state policy is to ensure the openness of scientific data, access to research infrastructures and create conditions for equal access for all participants in the scientific process.

Sumy National Agrarian University actively supports and implements the principles of open science:
