Bio-Rad T100 Thermal Cycler (PCR Amplifier / PCR Machine)
A device that provides cyclic cooling and heating of sample tubes, typically with an accuracy of at least 0.1 °C. A thermal cycler (PCR amplifier) is used in molecular biology to amplify DNA using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The instrument performs a defined number of alternating heating and cooling steps (thermocycles), depending on the method used, and repeats them multiple times. As a result, specific DNA fragments are copied thousands of times.
Vortrex MC-3500 Centrifuge for DNA Extraction
It is used for processing tissues and cells, as well as for DNA extraction using the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. The additional vortex function enables more effective resuspension of nucleic acid pellets by shaking the microtube.

The method is based on differences in the migration rates of fragments of different lengths as they move through the gel in an external electric field. During electrophoresis, DNA fragments migrate through the gel under the influence of the electric field. The procedure is performed in a chamber filled with a buffer solution.
