The primary mission of the Center for collective use of scientific equipment «Laboratory of Ecological Agriculture and Nature Management» is to facilitate the conduct of scientific research and the implementation of scientific and technical (experimental) developments whose results are of national significance and have international recognition, by providing researchers with access to unique and state-of-the-art scientific equipment.
The activities of Center for collective use of scientific equipment are aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- establishing a modern research infrastructure at the University in the fields of agrotechnologies, ecological (sustainable) farming, and natural resource management;
- ensuring a high level of scientific competitiveness of research results obtained using the Center’s material and technical resources;
- strengthening the University’s role as a regional and inter-university research hub in priority areas of science and technology development;
- integrating the Center’s research activities into the national and international scientific community;
- increasing qualitative and quantitative indicators of research productivity, in particular publication output and citation impact of research results;
- developing the research capacity of higher education students and early-career researchers by engaging them in modern scientific research;
- affirming the principles of open science, academic integrity, ethical responsibility, and equal rights and opportunities in research activities.
