The SNAU team presented an institutional change project at an online conference

The team from Sumy National Agrarian University took part in an online conference, which marked the final stage of the second cycle of the Professional Development Programme for Academic Managers. During the event, participants presented the results of their collaborative work and outlined institutional change projects for their higher education institutions.

As part of the conference, the SNAU team presented its own institutional change project, aimed at the strategic modernisation of the university, the development of partnerships, the digital transformation of educational and management processes, and the strengthening of the university’s role as a modern educational and scientific centre for regional development.

The project was developed by:

• Natalia BOLHOVA – Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology, PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor;

• Lyudmila NAHORNA – Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor;

• Maryna KUZNETSOVA – Dean of the Faculty of Law, PhD in Law, Associate Professor;

• Natalia ZHURBENKO – PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance;

• Vladyslav ZUBKO – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Agricultural Engineering;

• Natalia PARSHYKOVA – Director of the Centre for the Digitalisation of the Educational Process;

• Roman YAROSHCHUK – Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology and Botany;

• Mykhailo HEIENKO – Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance.

SNAU provided an opportunity to present our own achievements, exchange experiences with colleagues from other institutions of higher education, and strengthen the university institutional capacity to implement meaningful changes.

The project presented reflects SNAU strategic vision for development up to 2030, based on the values of humanity, sustainability and innovation, as well as on the aspiration to develop competitive human capital, advance science, support communities and contribute to the region recovery.

SNAU continues to work consistently on implementing institutional changes, strengthening its position as an open, modern and socially responsible university.
