On 21 April 2026, at a meeting of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, three educational programmes of Sumy National Agrarian University were accredited:
• Educational Programme ‘Ecology’ at the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, guarantor – Anna KLYMENKO, PhD in Biological Sciences, Associate Professor;
• Educational Programme ‘Architecture and Urban Planning’ at the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, guarantor – Head of the Department of Architecture and Engineering Surveys, Candidate of Architectural Sciences, Associate Professor, Dmytro BORODAY;
• Educational and Research Programme ‘Veterinary Medicine’ at the third (educational and research) level of higher education, guarantor – Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Liudmyla NAHORNA.
The accreditation results confirm that the educational programmes meet current quality standards for higher education, that the educational process is well organised, that the programmes are substantively sound, that the academic and teaching staff are highly professional, and that SNAU is systematically working to improve its internal quality assurance system.
The successful completion of the accreditation process was the result of the joint, consistent and dedicated efforts of the university community, aimed at developing a high-quality, relevant and competitive educational environment.
